Job summary

Resilience is seeking a Maintenance Technician III for a 12-hour day shift (6:00am–6:30pm) at our plant in Ohio. The role focuses on autonomous skilled trade tasks maintaining site facilities and equipment within a regulated cGMP environment.

The candidate will perform preventative and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot, document actions in the CMMS, and read diagrams and procedures. Strong communication and licenses in relevant trades are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a regulated or cGMP environment.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Read SOPs and technical documentation.
• Ensure proper documentation during maintenance.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance of equipment, systems, and facilities.
• Conduct troubleshooting activities.
• Use CMMS to document maintenance activities.
• Read and interpret diagrams, drawings, and schematics.
• Monitor equipment performance and respond to issues.
• Wear PPE and follow safety procedures.
