Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to work on mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and structural systems in our Buckeye facility.

You will monitor machine performance, perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot problems, and implement repairs to ensure safe, reliable production. The role requires lifting up to 30 pounds and ability to work around moving parts; overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–3 years of experience in a maintenance mechanic function or similar.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds repeatedly and work around moving mechanical parts.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing and structural systems.
• Monitor machine performance and perform preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot problems and implement necessary repairs.
• Follow safety rules and protect workers when operating hydraulic, mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Provide on‑the‑job guidance to junior maintenance staff and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
