Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands seeks a Maintenance Technician II in Buckeye, AZ to perform skilled maintenance across mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing and structural systems. You will monitor machine performance, conduct preventative maintenance and troubleshoot issues to keep production running to spec.

The role requires 1–3 years of related maintenance experience, ability to lift up to 30 pounds, and compliance with safety rules.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years related experience in a maintenance mechanic function
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds repeatedly
• Exposure to moving mechanical parts

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, repair mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and structural systems
• Monitor machine performance and perform preventative maintenance
• Follow safety rules for hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical equipment
• Provide on-the-job direction to new maintenance staff
• Contribute to continuous improvement in the work area
• May be assigned additional projects by the Team Leader
