You will independently complete high‑quality drywall work and handle advanced maintenance tasks across multiple trades in PSH communities.

The role requires 5+ years in residential maintenance, strong drywall finishing, and the ability to diagnose and repair complex issues.

Responsibilities

• Complete unit turns with minimal contractor support in PSH properties.
• Perform advanced drywall installation, patching, texturing, finishing, sanding, and repair.
• Handle carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and general maintenance repairs.
• Troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems.
• Address water damage and interior repair needs efficiently.
