National Church Residences in Columbus, Ohio, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician II with a strong drywall background to support our Permanent Supportive Housing portfolio. You will independently complete high‑quality drywall work and handle advanced maintenance tasks across multiple trades in PSH communities.

The role requires 5+ years in residential maintenance, strong drywall finishing, and the ability to diagnose and repair complex issues.

Qualifikationen

5+ years of residential or apartment maintenance experience.
Strong drywall experience and finishing skills.
Ability to diagnose and resolve complex maintenance issues independently.

Aufgaben

Complete unit turns with minimal contractor support in PSH properties.
Perform advanced drywall installation, patching, texturing, finishing, sanding, and repair.
Handle carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and general maintenance repairs.
Troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems.
Address water damage and interior repair needs efficiently.
Perform preventive maintenance and maintain common areas and occupied units.
