Vintage Raleigh West is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to manage day-to-day tasks across service requests, make-readies, and building systems. You''ll diagnose plumbing, electrical, appliances, and log work in Yardi, using Sparkle for inspections, with a 7-day turnover goal and organized daily planning.

Bluecore Residential operates over 10,000 units and empowers property teams to solve problems without waiting for regional approval chains.

Qualifications

• Experience in apartment maintenance or make-ready work.
• Proficient with plumbing, electrical, and appliances.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality.
• Comfort using technology (Yardi, Sparkle).

Responsibilities

• Move between service requests and make-ready units, diagnose and repair systems.
• Log work in Yardi.
• Monitor parts inventory and order supplies.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Supervisor on daily priorities.
• Support preventative maintenance and health and safety compliance.
• Communicate with leasing staff to support occupancy.
