Job summary

Westdale in Nashville, TN is seeking a Service Technician II for our Crieve Hall community. You will perform on-site property maintenance, handling HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances to keep residents comfortable and satisfied.

The role requires at least 1 year of maintenance experience and EPA Certification Level II or Universal. Schedule includes weekdays with on-call weekends; benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and rent discounts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of on-site property maintenance experience.
• Must have Level II or Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• On-call weekends rotating for emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair basic and complex maintenance issues including, but not limited to: A/C and heating systems, electrical and plumbing, appliances, stairs, gates, fences, patios, railings, tile, carpet, flooring, ceiling leaks.
