The Work Itself

You’ll also monitor parts inventory, order supplies cost-efficiently, and coordinate with the Maintenance Supervisor on priorities each day. Preventative maintenance and health and safety compliance are part of the role, not afterthoughts.

The office staff and maintenance team work together on resident satisfaction, which means communication with the leasing side isn’t optional. A unit that turns fast and clean is a direct contributor to occupancy, and you’ll see how your work connects to the property’s overall performance.
