Job summary

Skechers USA Ltd. is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform intermediate maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of complex automated warehouse and distribution systems in Southern California.

You will work on high-speed sortation, conveyors, ASRS, and related controls, ensuring safety and minimizing downtime. The role requires 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience with automated equipment, knowledge of PLCs and motor controls, and NFPA 70E safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience with automated systems.
• Knowledge of NFPA 70E electrical safety standards and industrial safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Identify, diagnose, and repair mechanical and electrical failures on complex automated warehouse systems.
• Troubleshoot PLCs to the Input/Output level under supervision.
• Maintain and repair conveyor systems, sensors, bar code readers, and ASRS components.
• Navigate Warehouse Control Systems and HMI interfaces for diagnostics and control.
• Read schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings for troubleshooting.
