Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years hands-on maintenance experience in industrial or commercial settings.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.

Responsabilités

• Perform maintenance and repairs on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems and equipment.
• Follow preventive maintenance schedules and document activities.
• Diagnose and resolve issues to minimize downtime.
• Inspect systems and machinery for wear or damage.
• Assist with installation and startup of new equipment.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records in CMMS.
• Ensure safety compliance and environmental regulations.
• Coordinate with vendors or contractors for specialized work.
• Respond to work orders and prioritize tasks by urgency.
• Collaborate with team to share best practices.
