Job summary

Tony's Pizza Events Center is hiring a Maintenance Technician for our food manufacturing facility. This full-time role performs preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment, ensuring continuous operation and compliance with food safety standards.

The position requires 0–2 years of related experience, a high school diploma or GED (two-year trade degree preferred), and physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Excellent attention to safety and documentation is essential.

• 0–2 years of related maintenance experience.
• Ability to read and interpret safety documents, maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
• Ability to complete work orders and enter required paperwork into a computer.

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on conveyors, mixers, ovens, and packaging machines to keep production running smoothly.
• Follow food safety rules when working around production areas and use proper cleaning procedures and food-grade materials.

Starting Pay: $26.50-$30.00+ per hour, depending on experience
Additional $1.50 shift differential from 6 p.m. -- 6 a.m.
Shift: 2nd
Hours: 2:30 p.m. until 11:30 p.m.

What You Will Do:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment like conveyors, mixers, ovens, and packaging machines to keep production running smooth and prevent breakdowns.
• Follow food safety rules when working around production areas, using the right cleaning procedures and food-grade materials to keep everything up to code.
• Handle emergency repairs when equipment breaks down during production, getting things back up and running as fast as possible to minimize downtime.
• Manage spare parts and tools inventory to make sure you've got what you need when equipment needs fixing or upgrading.
• Always working safely, following OSHA regulations and keeping your area clean and in line with company rules.

What You Will Bring:

• High school diploma or GED; two-year degree in specialized maintenance trade preferred.
