Job summary

Tony's Pizza Events Center is seeking a full-time maintenance technician to support a busy food manufacturing environment. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on tooling, die operations, and thermoforming equipment to keep production running smoothly.

This role emphasizes safety, food safety compliance, emergency repairs, inventory control, and adherence to OSHA standards, with clear opportunities for advancement and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; two-year degree in specialized maintenance trade preferred.
• Minimum of 0 to 2 years of related experience.
• Ability to read and interpret safety documents, maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
• Ability to complete work orders and enter the required paperwork into a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on tooling, die operations, and thermoforming equipment to keep production running smooth and prevent breakdowns.
• Follow food safety rules when working around production areas, using the right cleaning procedures and food-grade materials to keep everything up to code.
• Handle emergency repairs when equipment breaks down during production, getting things back up and running as fast as possible to minimize downtime.
• Manage spare parts and tools inventory to make sure you've got what you need when equipment needs fixing or upgrading.
• Always working safely, following OSHA regulations and keeping your area clean and in line with company rules.

Education

High school diploma or GED; two-year degree in specialized maintenance trade preferred

Job description

Starting Pay: $24.50 per hour
Additional $1.50 shift differential from 6:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m.
Shift: 2nd shift
Hours: 3:00pm - 11:00pm
