WinnCompanies is looking for a Maintenance Technician II to join our team at The Neighborhood Developers Portfolio. You will support 888-units throughout multiple properties located in Chelsea, Everett, and Revere, MA.
In this role, you will perform maintenance functions in the community, including rental units, residential common areas, offices, grounds, and parking lots. This job requires a highly diversified base of knowledge and skills needed to maintain the property to satisfy ownership and management objectives.
The pay range for this role is $24.00-$26.00 per hour. This opportunity offers a typical work schedule: Monday through Friday, from 8:00AM to 5:00PM, with a rotational on-call schedule.
