WinnCompanies is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for Bowin Place, a 193-unit affordable housing community in Detroit, MI. You’ll perform maintenance across rental units, common areas, offices, and grounds, with a Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule and rotating on-call shifts.
Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years of relevant experience, knowledge of electrical/plumbing/HVAC, and strong customer service. CAMT or vocational training is preferred.

WinnCompanies is searching for a Maintenance Technician II to join our team at Bowin Place, a 193-unit affordable housing community located in Detroit, MI.
In this role, you will perform maintenance functions in the community, including rental units, residential common areas, office, grounds and parking lots.
The pay range for this role is $20.00-$22.00 per hour. The selected candidate will adhere to the following schedule: Monday through Friday from 8:00AM to 5:00PM with a rotating on-call schedule of being on-call for 1 week every other week.
