Job summary

Vivmark Residential seeks a Maintenance Technician II to diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance issues across our apartment communities. The role emphasizes timely service requests, rent-ready turnover, and proactive preventative maintenance.

The technician will contribute to a safe, high-quality living environment while adhering to Vivmark’s safety policies and standards. A valid license and flexibility for on-call duties are required.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of maintenance experience including HVAC, plumbing and electrical work.
• Valid driver's license and ability to be on-call in rotation.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses and repairs problems in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, and related systems.
• Performs service requests promptly and keeps units rent-ready.
• Performs preventative maintenance and assists in interior/exterior painting.
• Maintains safety culture and follows all company policies.
