Job summary

Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to efficiently perform maintenance at the Pasco Woods apartment community. You will support the Maintenance Supervisor in managing maintenance programs and daily tasks across the community.

Your role includes performing appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties, completing requests promptly, and contributing to preventative maintenance and resident events.

Qualifications

• At least one year of apartment maintenance experience.
• A/C Certification Type II or Universal.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule & on-call.

Responsibilities

• Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties.
• Assist Service Manager with various tasks as required by the needs of the community.
• Ensure service requests are completed correctly and in a timely manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance repairs.
• Responds to automated service on emergency calls per company policy.
• Assist with resident functions.
• Participates in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program.

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent lifts and carries up to 45-80 pounds
• Pushes and/or pulls (appliances) using appliance dolly up to 200 pounds
• Moves objects from one floor to another
• Frequently bends/stoops, climbs stairs, kneels, balances, reaches above shoulder height, walks, and twists
• Has normal range of vision, hearing and speech
