Job summary

Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for the Westbrook, ME community. The role involves performing appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties to maintain the property and support the Service Manager.

Ideal candidates will have at least one year of apartment maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, and A/C Certification Type II or Universal. A flexible schedule and on-call readiness are required.

• Experience in apartment maintenance.
• Team player.

• A/C Certification Type II or Universal.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule and on-call.

Responsibilities

• Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties
• Assist Service Manager with various tasks as required by the needs of the community
• Ensures service requests are completed correctly and in a timely manner
• Perform preventative maintenance repairs
• Responds to automated service on emergency calls per company policy
• Assists with resident functions
• Participates in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program
