Job summary

Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician II at our St Charles community to perform a range of maintenance duties and support the Maintenance Supervisor in overall programs. You will handle appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C, and electrical tasks, ensuring timely, quality work.

Qualifications

• At least one year of apartment maintenance experience.
• A/C Certification Type II or Universal is preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule and be on-call.

Responsibilities

• Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties.
• Assist Service Manager with various tasks as required by the needs of the community.
• Ensure service requests are completed correctly and in a timely manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance repairs.
• Respond to automated service on emergency calls per company policy.
• Assist with resident functions.
• Participate in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program.
