Job summary

Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician II at Waterford Landing to perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties across the apartment community.

You'll assist the Service Manager, ensure timely completion of service requests, participate in preventative maintenance, respond to emergencies, and support resident functions; a minimum of one year experience and an A/C Type II certification are preferred, with a flexible schedule and on-call

Qualifications

• At least one year of apartment maintenance experience.
• A/C Certification Type II or Universal preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule and on-call.

Responsibilities

• Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties.
• Assist Service Manager with community tasks as required.
• Ensure service requests are completed correctly and timely.
• Perform preventative maintenance repairs.
• Respond to emergency service requests per policy.
• Assist with resident functions and community preservation.

Responsibilities

What your day to day might look like:

• Ensures service requests are completed correctly and in a timely manner

• Responds to automated service on emergency calls per company policy


• Assists with resident functions


• Participates in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program
