Job summary

CRMG is looking for a Maintenance Technician I to perform daily upkeep, repairs, and landscaping at Woodland Hearth in Tigard and Plambeck Gardens in Tualatin. The role includes handling building cleanliness, parking areas and common spaces with guidance from senior staff.

Primary schedule is Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Eligible for benefits from day one including medical/dental/vision, life insurance, and a 401(k) with employer match, plus a $50 cell phone stipend and mileage

Qualifications

• One year in Housekeeping Porter or maintenance technician experience in property management preferred.
• Basic knowledge of landscaping, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, drywall and flooring installation/repair.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily upkeep and cleanliness of buildings, landscaping, amenities, parking and trash areas.
• Assist with repairs, carpentry, electrical, painting, plumbing tasks under guidance of experienced technicians.
• Manage work orders and maintain attention to detail and time management.
