Job summary

CRMG in the Pacific Northwest is hiring a Maintenance Technician I to perform daily upkeep across Woodland Hearth, Plambeck Gardens, and The Knoll at Tigard. You will handle repairs, carpentry, electrical, painting, landscaping, and plumbing under guidance, with attention to detail and strong time management.

This full-time position offers a 40-hour week, pay $24–$26 per hour, and a benefits package starting after 30 days, plus a $50 monthly cell phone stipend and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• One year in the Housekeeping Porter position or one year of maintenance technician experience in property management for commercial or multi-family properties preferred.
• Janitorial experience preferred.
• Pool maintenance experience preferred.
• Motivation, time management, and ability to follow instructions working alone or as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of landscaping, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, painting, drywall installation and repairs, flooring installation and repair.
• Experience operating a pressure washer.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Knowledge and experience using vacuum cleaners and janitorial equipment, and handling chemicals with safety rules.
• Available for after-hours emergencies.
• Reliable transportation capable of transporting tools including power washing equipment.
• Possess current and valid driver’s license, proof of insurance and clean driving record.
• Ability to read, write and understand written and verbal communications.
• Understand landlord/tenant laws, state and federal labor laws, Fair Housing laws.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily upkeep and cleanliness of buildings, landscaping, amenities, parking lot, and trash areas.
• Assist with repairs, carpentry, electrical, painting, plumbing tasks under experienced technicians.
• Manage work orders using technology.
• Read and follow instructions to complete tasks accurately.
• Collaborate with team or work independently as needed.
