Job summary

CRMG is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to keep Autumn Park in Wilsonville, OR, in top condition. You’ll perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and janitorial tasks across a 144-unit community, with attention to detail and safe practices.

The role features 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM, with benefits after 30 days and a $27–$29 hourly wage. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift 75 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• 1 year in Maintenance Technician I or 2 years in maintenance technician experience, preferably in property management for multi-family properties.
• Janitorial experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Knowledge of landscaping, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, painting, drywall installation and repairs, and flooring installation.
• Experience operating a pressure washer and a valid driver's license.
• Able to operate a golf cart and read/write/understand written and verbal communications.
• Understand landlord/tenant laws and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs across trades including electrical, plumbing, carpentry and painting.
• Maintain landscaping, common areas, amenities and parking areas.
• Handle work orders and ensure safety and cleanliness of buildings.
• Assist with janitorial tasks and use of maintenance tools.
