CRMG, a commercial and residential property management group, is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for Pioneer Ridge Apartments in Oregon City, OR. You will handle daily upkeep, landscaping, pool maintenance, and janitorial tasks across a 296-unit community, under guidance of senior technicians.

The role requires repairs across electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and more, with attention to detail and strong time management. Experience with work orders and after-hours calls is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1 year in Maintenance Technician I or 2 years of maintenance experience.
• Pool maintenance experience required.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Able to operate a golf cart.
• Knowledge of landlord/tenant laws and safety rules.
• Current driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management.
• Reliable transportation to job sites.

Responsibilities
