Job summary

CRMG is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for Center Plaza Apartments in Beaverton, OR. The role covers upkeep of the 185-unit property, including fitness facilities and playgrounds, with a focus on repairs, landscaping, and janitorial tasks under guidance from senior technicians.

Hours are full-time, typically 40 hours weekly, with a Monday–Friday schedule and optional lunch breaks. Competitive benefits, 401(k) with match, and a cell phone stipend are offered.

Qualifications

• 1 year in Maintenance Technician I or 2 years in maintenance experience, preferably in property management.
• Bilingual Spanish and English is preferred.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, landscaping and janitorial tasks.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow instructions, independently or in team.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily upkeep of buildings, landscaping, amenities, parking lot, and trash areas.
• Complete repairs across electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and janitorial tasks.
• Manage work orders using maintenance software.
• Assist with after-hours emergencies as needed.
