Job summary

Nutramax Laboratories is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to support maximum production efficiency by performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of manufacturing, packaging, and facility equipment. You will work hands-on with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and PLC systems, interpreting schematics to support both production and facility maintenance.

Qualifications

Advanced proficiency in electrical and PLC troubleshooting.
Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills.
Ability to diagnose and resolve complex equipment issues.
Proficient in reading blueprints, schematics, and manuals.
Experience with preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance in an industrial setting.

Responsibilities

Plan and organize mechanical and electrical steps for safe, efficient production.
Perform equipment setup, changeovers, and line adjustments within cGMP/SOP.
Maintain and repair manufacturing, filling, and packaging equipment.
Provide emergency and planned repairs to minimize downtime.
Perform routine and preventive maintenance on production machines and facility equipment.
Troubleshoot with RCA and implement corrective actions.
Troubleshoot electrical systems up to 480V AC/DC and PLCs (Allen-Bradley/Siemens).
Interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams; maintain controls and power distribution.
Disassemble, repair, and reassemble equipment with accuracy; assist with facility upkeep.
