Job summary

Joinimagine is seeking a Maintenance Technician to handle major equipment repairs, upgrades, installations and PMs in the warehouse and packaging operations. This role requires intimate knowledge of mechanical and electrical aspects of assigned machines.

The technician will troubleshoot PLCs (Allen Bradley, Siemens, Kauffman), maintain MHE per PM schedules, work with robotics (ABB, Fanuc), and perform welding and fabrication as needed while supporting fire suppression systems.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Trade school certifications.
MHE certifications.
Experience operating high-speed packaging equipment, including robots and recipe storage, desirable.
1+ years of MHE repair and maintenance.
1+ years of experience in a production environment.
1+ years of experience as Industrial Mechanic or similar role.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and maintain PLCs (Kauffman, Allen Bradley, Siemens) and ladder logic.
Perform PMs on MHE per manufacturer schedules.
Maintain fire suppression systems.
Support robotics and other material handling technologies.
Repair ABB and Fanuc Pick and Place robotics; calibrate end-effectors.
Identify issues with high-speed equipment using diagrams and wiring prints.
Install networking lines and cameras.
Inspect, repair and replace mechanical components (motors, belts, bearings).
Inspect, repair and replace pneumatic equipment (hoses, coils).
Inspect, repair and replace hydraulic equipment (hoses, cylinders).
Weld and fabricate as needed.
Conduct preventive maintenance on plant equipment.
