Job summary

Nutramax Manufacturing in Lancaster, SC is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to support production efficiency through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of manufacturing, packaging, and facility equipment. You will work with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, PLCs (Allen-Bradley/Siemens), motors, and pumps, interpreting schematics to sustain operations.

This role requires adherence to cGMP and SOPs and a safety focus, with problem solving to minimize

Qualifications

Advanced proficiency in electrical and PLC troubleshooting.
Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills.
Ability to diagnose and resolve complex equipment issues.
Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
Experience with preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance in an industrial environment.

Responsibilities

Support maximum production efficiency by preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
Perform equipment setup, changeovers, and line adjustments within cGMP and SOPs.
Maintain and repair manufacturing, filling, and packaging equipment.
Provide emergency, unplanned, and planned repairs to minimize downtime.
Document maintenance activities using CMMS and manage spare parts inventory.
Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams.
