Safety is emphasized, with adherence to health procedures and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Occasional overtime may be required to meet business needs.

• Ability to perform light electrical, plumbing, carpentry and HVAC repairs.
• Valid driver''s license and safe driving record.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, reach, talk and hear, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

• Maintain all buildings, property, equipment, and landscaping for the site.
• Perform minor repairs and general maintenance on heating and cooling systems.
• Perform routine carpentry work in the repair and maintenance of buildings and offices.
• Replace worn or damaged parts such as hoses, wiring, and belts in machines and equipment.
• Operate snow removal equipment to maintain parking lots and sidewalks.
• Ensure all equipment is working correctly and in standards for the recon department.
