Job summary

Cox Automotive Inc. is seeking a maintenance-focused role in Dallas to support parking lot striping and general site upkeep. You will perform routine repairs across electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC systems, operate snow removal equipment, and ensure all facilities are clean and safe.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with prior minimal experience in related trades preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Less than 2 years' related work experience preferred.
• Ability to perform light electrical, plumbing, carpentry and HVAC repairs.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Maintain buildings, property, and equipment for the site.
• Perform minor HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs.
• Operate snow removal equipment for parking lots and sidewalks.
• Keep equipment and area safe and compliant with standards.
• Keep buildings clean and wastebaskets emptied; follow safety procedures.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by manager.
