Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Or a related degree/certification may satisfy minimum requirements.
• 3 years of related field experience acceptable; 5 years preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required for site access and operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain buildings, property, equipment, and landscaping for the site.
• Clean and pickup trash from parking lots and exterior areas.
• Clean and maintain restrooms and common areas.
• Operate floor scrubbers and keep auction floors clean.
• Perform carpentry, minor repairs to buildings and offices.
• Operate snow removal equipment to keep parking lots clear.
• Ensure safety by following all health and safety procedures.
• Move furniture and assist with loading/unloading as needed.
• Overtime may be required based on business needs.
