Qualifications

• Ability to read blueprints, repair manuals, or parts catalogs.
• CPO and HVAC certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize a strong customer service outlook with residents and guests.
• Perform routine building maintenance: painting, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and safety inspections as scheduled.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and implement fixes.
• Repair machines, equipment, or structures as needed.
