Job summary

Sentral is hiring a Maintenance Technician I to fix and maintain mechanical equipment, buildings, and machines on-site. The role supports residents with strong customer service and requires a can-do attitude and ownership of tasks.

The position operates Monday–Friday 8am–5pm with rotating on-call duties. On-site location offers hands-on work across electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical college degree preferred.
• CPO and HVAC certifications required; HVAC knowledge a plus.
• Experience with hand/power tools.

Responsibilities
