Job summary

Sentral is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to fix and maintain mechanical equipment, buildings, and machines on-site. Responsibilities include plumbing, electrical work, HVAC maintenance, painting, and flooring upkeep, with a rotating on-call schedule.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and technical maintenance experience; CPO and HVAC certifications are required, with strong attention to detail and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proven maintenance experience or related technical training.
• CPO and HVAC certifications are required.
• Ability to read blueprints and manuals; operate common tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine building maintenance including painting, electrical, plumbing, carpentry and systems upkeep.
• Prioritize safety and compliance with health regulations.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and repair equipment and structures.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and safety inspections on HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and coordinate with vendors as needed.
• Be available for on-call shifts and respond to emergencies.
