Job summary

Sentral currently seeks a Maintenance Technician I for an on-site Denver property. The role focuses on fixing and maintaining mechanical equipment, buildings, and systems, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.

You will be part of a team supporting residents and guests, with a rotating on-call schedule to address maintenance needs. Qualifications include a High School diploma or GED, hands-on maintenance experience or technical training, and HVAC/CPO certifications; extensive tool knowledge

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proven maintenance experience or related technical college training.
• CPO and HVAC certifications required.
• Experience reading blueprints and repair manuals.
• Skilled with hand and power tools and measuring instruments.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and preventive inspections on building systems.
• Fix plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, and related equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and repair or replace components.
• Keep interiors, machinery and exteriors clean and safe.
• Maintain inventory and coordinate with vendors; on-call as needed.
• Respond to emergency maintenance calls and support safety compliance.
• Read and follow safety rules, manuals and instructions.
• Work as part of a team and follow supervisor directions.
