Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain appliances and building systems to restore units to move-in condition.
• Assist with apartment make-readies and preventive maintenance programs.
• Troubleshoot HVAC issues and coordinate with supervisors as needed.
• Maintain tool inventory and follow safety policies and BH program guidelines.
• Respond to maintenance requests and document work performed.
