Job summary

American Property Management, Inc. is seeking an on-site maintenance technician for Tierra Pointe in Albuquerque, NM. The role requires 1+ years of multifamily or hotel maintenance experience and a valid driver’s license.

You will perform unit turns, general upkeep, and safety-compliant tasks to maintain property standards. Compensation ranges from $23 to $25 per hour with bonus incentives, comprehensive medical/dental/vision benefits, and 401k matching.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of multifamily or hotel maintenance experience within the last 10 years.
• Must live within 30 miles of the property and have reliable transportation.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• HVAC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare units for rent by cleaning, painting, and detailing.
• Maintain grounds and common areas to meet curb appeal standards.
• Perform safety-compliant maintenance and use chemicals properly.
• Respond to on-call emergencies as required.
