Job summary

Guardian Real Estate Services LLC is hiring a Maintenance Technician at Manzano Mesa in Albuquerque, NM. The role focuses on site safety, preventive maintenance, and timely work orders to keep the property attractive and compliant with regulations.

The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. Schedule is 40 hours weekly, Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm, with a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• At least one year of property maintenance experience preferred.
• Possess and transport own tools and materials needed for job.
• Ability to speak, read and write in English.
• Valid driver's license and insurance required.
• CPO certification may be required if pool exists, per state rules.

Responsibilities

• Represent Guardian in a positive and professional manner at all times.
• Support Community Manager to meet property management obligations.
• Maintain the property in compliance with laws (fire, OSHA, etc.).
• Walk property grounds daily to ensure curb appeal and cleanliness.
• Coordinate with vendors to complete work orders and turnovers promptly.
• Keep accurate records of space conditions and utilities.
• On-call for emergencies after hours and weekends on a rotating basis.
• Record time worked and adhere to timekeeping guidelines.
• Perform or coordinate maintenance of pools/spas as applicable.
