TLC Plumbing Heating Cooling Electrical in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance, repair, and service tasks across more than 30 residential, commercial, and industrial properties. Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of properties to identify maintenance and repair needs.
• Perform general repairs including plumbing, minor electrical, carpentry, painting, drywall repair, and appliance troubleshooting.
• Support move-in/move-out processes to ensure units are clean, safe, and operational.
• Complete preventive maintenance tasks according to established property schedules.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests, including after-hours when required.
• Maintain accurate records of materials, time, and completed work across all properties.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and verify quality of completed work.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
• Report recurring or systemic issues to property management for long-term resolution.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and service vehicle in good working order.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities across multiple trades.
• Effective time management and independence to manage maintenance across many properties.
• Clear communication skills when working with owners.

The Property Maintenance Technician is responsible for internal maintenance, repair, and service tasks across more than 30 residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
