Responsibilities

• Perform general facility maintenance under supervision (painting, appliance repair, minor electrical, carpentry)
• Make-ready unit work and repairs to doors, windows, walls, flooring, ceilings, roofs, furniture, cabinetry
• Clean and maintain exterior landscape and handle trash pickup
• Inspect building systems, report deficiencies, and follow safety programs
