Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Maintenance Tech I to perform general facility maintenance and ensure every unit and building is in excellent working order. You will apply your maintenance skills and customer-service mindset to help guests enjoy vacation experiences.

Responsibilities

• Perform general facility maintenance under supervision to preserve quality and efficiency.
• Handle service requests and repairs (painting, appliance repair, minor electrical, carpentry).
• Maintain make-ready units as directed.
• Replace general fixtures and repairs (doors, windows, walls, flooring, ceilings, roofs, furniture, cabinetry).
• Clean and maintain outdoor landscape and trash removal.
• Inspect building systems and report deficiencies; follow safety programs.
