Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Maintenance Tech I to ensure each unit and building are in excellent working order, delivering quality results for guests through maintenance skills and strong customer service. You will help create dream vacations by keeping properties well‑maintained and safe.

The role involves performing general maintenance, handling repair requests, upkeep of make-ready units, and contributing to a positive guest experience across our resort properties.

Qualifications

• A professional appearance and positive, can-do attitude with team focus.
• Ability to work independently or with others as needed.
• Basic handyman skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform all general facility maintenance under supervision to preserve quality.
• Handle service requests and repairs (painting, appliance repair, minor electrical, carpentry).
• Maintain make-ready units as directed.
• Apply basic repair and replacement knowledge for fixtures, doors, windows, walls, flooring, ceilings, roofs, furniture, and cabinetry.
• Clean and maintain outside landscape including trash removal.
• Inspect building systems and report deficiencies; follow safety programs.
