Responsibilities

• Perform general facility maintenance under supervision to preserve quality and efficiency.
• Handle service requests and repairs (painting, appliance repair, minor electrical, carpentry).
• Maintain make-ready units as directed and inspect building systems, reporting deficiencies to supervisor.
• Repair doors, windows, walls, flooring, ceilings, roofs, furniture, and cabinetry as needed.
• Clean and maintain outside landscape and trash removal.
• Adhere to safety programs and company policies.
