We are seeking a Maintenance Tech I to ensure every unit and building is in excellent working order, using your maintenance skills and customer service expertise to create dream vacations for guests. You will perform general maintenance tasks, respond to service requests, and assist with make-ready units while upholding safety

Qualifications

• Basic handyman skills.
• Ability to work independently or with others as needed.
• A professional appearance and positive, can-do attitude with team focus.

Responsibilities

• Perform general facility maintenance under supervision to preserve quality and efficiency.
• Handle service requests and repairs (painting, appliance repair, minor electrical, carpentry).
• Perform maintenance work for make-ready units as directed.
• Repair and replace general fixtures, including doors, windows, walls, flooring, ceilings, roofs, furniture, and cabinetry.
• Clean and maintain exterior landscape; trash collection and general landscape work.
• Inspect building systems and report deficiencies; adhere to safety programs.
