An established industry player is seeking a skilled individual for an Industrial Maintenance position. This role requires a High School Diploma or GED, along with two years of relevant experience in Industrial Maintenance/Mechatronics. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities, effective communication skills, and proficiency in using EAM software. MINIMUM EDUCATION
High School Diploma or GED required.
Certificates in Industrial Maintenance/Mechatronics, electrical or mechanical trade or related area, and an associate degree in a related field, are preferred.
Two (2) years of experience in Industrial Maintenance/Mechatronics, with competency in at least two specialty skills such as mechanical power transmission, electrical, or PLC/Controls, and basic welding/fabrication skills required.
Related military experience will be considered.
In lieu of experience, an associate degree in an Industrial Maintenance/electrical/mechanical trade or related certificates or other degrees may be considered equivalent.
Multiple certificates and degrees may be assessed by manager and HR to determine relevancy to minimum qualifications and experience.
Ability to follow procedures as directed by work orders or high-level technicians/management.
Ability to utilize Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software to enter and retrieve data.
Ability to solve basic mechanical or electrical problems, including understanding basic engineering formulas.
Ability to diagnose mechanical power transmission and electrical issues through troubleshooting at multiple component levels.
Effective verbal and written communication skills within own department, with peers, managers, and outside vendors to convey technical data and needs.
Ability to follow detailed instructions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other web-based applications.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Use of hand tools and possibly power tools required.
May work in hot or cold temperatures.
May need to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and squat.
Preferred Qualifications:
Pay Transparency: Provides a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range across all potential locations. Actual starting pay will depend on experience, market, location, and other factors. Eligible employees may receive additional pay, premiums, or bonuses. The company offers health, vision, dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
Pay: $19.85/hr to $37.49/hr
Additional Details: The work schedule is Monday to Thursday or Tuesday to Friday, following a 4x10 schedule, with three days off. This is a second shift position, typically from 2:00 PM to 12:30 AM.
