Abode is seeking a Maintenance Tech I for its Resetar program in Watsonville, CA. The role focuses on maintenance for a supportive housing facility, including turnover prep, repairs, and preventive work in a fast-paced setting.

You will coordinate with janitorial staff and outside vendors, maintain work orders, and ensure safety standards while serving a diverse resident population and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3 years’ experience in Unit Turnover or Residential Maintenance.
• Use of personal vehicle and proof of valid California Driver's License and current auto insurance, along with a clean DMV record.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the property’s maintenance functions for a supportive housing facility.
• Assist janitorial team with unit turnovers and repairs.
• Perform preventive maintenance across the site in a fast-paced environment.
• Coordinate with residents, staff, visitors, and vendors with professional conduct.
