Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience in Unit Turnover or Residential Maintenance.
• Valid California driver’s license with clean DMV record.
• Excellent verbal & written communication in English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to work independently and with teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and coordinate with janitorial for unit turnovers and repairs.
• Perform preventive maintenance across the site.
• Complete paperwork and manage work orders in the management system.
• Coordinate with outside vendors and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Maintain inventory of department items and support residents respectfully.
