Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience in unit turnover or residential maintenance.
• Valid California driver’s license, auto insurance, and a clean DMV record; own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Answer after-hour emergency calls during on-call rotation.
• Coordinate with outside vendors to ensure safe, quality repairs.
• Report daily work orders and update management software.
• Perform or oversee preventive maintenance and unit turnovers.
