Qualifications

• Prior Maintenance experience or experience in a related field.
• Able to reach heights of 8 feet and climb stairs and ladders.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the physical condition of the property.
• Perform scheduled maintenance on all equipment.
• Conduct Vacant Unit Turn-Over Maintenance as needed.
• Inspect units, buildings, and common areas for repairs.
