Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Maintenance Tech I to keep units and buildings in top condition, ensuring guest comfort and safety. You will perform repairs, routine maintenance, and make-readies while delivering quality service.

You’ll work with a team to uphold maintenance standards, follow safety programs, and support associates across departments. This role emphasizes reliability, basic handyman skills, and a professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Basic handyman skills required.
• Ability to work independently or with others as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform all general facility maintenance under supervision to preserve quality and efficiency.
• Perform service requests and repairs (painting, appliance repair, minor electrical, carpentry).
• Maintain make-ready units as directed.
• Repair and replace general fixtures (doors, windows, walls, flooring, ceilings, roofs, furniture, cabinetry).
• Maintain exterior landscape and trash removal; clean and inspect building systems and report deficiencies.
