U.S. Facilities, Inc. (USF) is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician I to support maintenance operations at a location in Port Wentworth (Savannah), GA.

You will respond to work orders, troubleshoot issues, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical equipment and building systems to keep facilities safe and fully operational. The role requires hands-on skills in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance, with ability to work from CMMS and communicate

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certifications preferred.
• Journeyman electrician or HVAC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to work orders, trouble calls, and hot/cold calls; provide timely service to customers.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical equipment, fixtures, and building systems.
• Assist technicians and facility attendants as needed; participate in safety practices and following procedures.
• Create/update task orders and work orders in CMMS; review and ensure contract compliance.
• Inspect and repair building fixtures, doors, lights, and electrical systems; support painting, plumbing, and carpentry tasks.
• Support or supervise subcontractor work to meet contract standards and scope of work.
